Giving you another beauty-related post and it’s a Sansan BB Cream review!
Although the product is already out in the market for quite some time now, I just recently tried it as I am skeptical of brands from HBC. I know, I know… I’ve judged too soon.
I got my San San BB Cream for 210 at HBC Pasig. They have two shades available: the Natural and Beige.
Sansan BB Cream Review:
The product comes in a tube packaging with a pump so it is sanitary and very easy to use. At the back part, you can find the product description, directions on how to use the product and it indicate that the product has 30ml or 1 fluid oz and expires 24 months after opening.
The product contains squalene and hyaluronic acid that help provide moisture to the skin. It also contains vitamins A, C, and E that are known anti-oxidants. It has SPF 45.
It has a thick consistency and is a bit patchy and tacky when applied so you need to blend it in and set it with a powder. I suggest you use a damp sponge when applying this product.
I use the shade natural. On first application, it looks a tad bit lighter than my skin but after a while, it blends in perfectly and matches my shade. It stays on for a good 8 hours on my face and does not break in an ugly way. Although, I have noted that my skin looks oily on the 4-hour mark.
This tends to cake when you apply too much product but a little goes a long way as it has very high coverage. It can cover up my acne scars. On the pictures below, it perfectly shows how full coverage this BB cream is.
The San San BB Cream feels more like a foundation than a BB cream. So if you are looking for an affordable product that can give you the coverage of a foundation and skincare properties in one, this is the way to go. Also, bear in mind that with its full coverage comes the heavy feeling.
I’m rating this 3.5 stars out of 5. Worth more than its price! 🙂
