With the current social distancing and community quarantine that has been happening, I thought I’d make a list of things we can all do while stuck at home.

1. Get some life admin done

  • Set up a password manager
  • Track your subscription both the paid and free
  • Create a budget plan
  • Declutter your space
  • Set up appointments you’ve been avoiding
  • Clear out your notebooks/journals
  • Delete unwanted/duplicate photos in your camera roll
  • Organize your digital files

2. Read

  • ScribdĀ  has one month free subscription you can take advantage of

3. Take online courses

  • Brit+Co has creative classes you can take for a month with code: selfcare
  • Skillshare has tons of online classes and you get two months free when you subscribe to them
  • Ivy League schools has online courses you can also take.

4. Watch and chill

  • Netflix has the watch party feature you can enjoy with your friends while social distancing
  • Watch Broadway shows online here.
  • Keep up with the series you haven’t finished watching
  • Binge-watch Youtube videos

5. Do the virtual museum tours

6. Create your morning/evening routine

7. Do something you’ve been wanting to do but you tell yourself you have no time

  • Painting
  • Start a blog
  • Try a new recipe
  • Try a new makeup technique
  • Bake

8. Deep clean your house

9. Support small businesses in your area

  • Buy a gift card that you can use once everything is back to normal

10. Exercise

11. Journal

  • Artsy journaling
  • Morning pages
  • Bullet journal

12. Listen to a podcast

13. Facetime a loved one

14. Do fun stuff that uplifts your soul

  • Tiktok dances, why not?

15. Curate a Spotify playlist

  2. Great ideas in here! I actually did just start a blog right before the quarantine happened, so that was a plus because it gave me something new to focus on. Iā€™m also in serious deep cleaning mode at home! Controlling my environment gives me a sense of peace and alleviates anxiety for sure.
